Refund Policy
The Institute is committed to providing high-quality educational services and ensuring student satisfaction. However, due to the nature of online educational programs, the following refund policy applies:
Registration Fees
All registration and administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Before Course Start
Students are eligible for a full refund (excluding registration fees) if they request cancellation at least 48 hours before the course start date.
Refund After Course Start
If the student withdraws after the course has started but before completing 25% of the course, they may receive a 50% refund of the remaining tuition fees.
No refunds will be issued once 25% or more of the course has been completed.
Missed Classes
The institute is not responsible for missed classes due to the student’s personal circumstances, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for missed sessions.
Technical Issues
In case of verified technical issues from the institute’s side that prevent the student from attending classes, the institute will either:
Reschedule the session, or
Offer compensation in the form of additional classes.
Refunds in such cases are determined at the institute’s discretion.
Course Cancellation by the Institute
If the institute cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of all paid fees.
Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Special Programs and Customized Courses
Fees for customized or private programs are non-refundable once the course has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
